Lake Shore Soiree

This is the second year in a row that I have had the chance to go on a "hiking" trip with my mom. I grew up hiking the trails of northern Minnesota, paddling around Lake Superior and then setting up tent for the night (not always in campgrounds). Our hiking trips these days are nothing close to that! Yes, we love to canoe, hike and explore, but enjoy staying in a nice little cottage along the lake shore. Here are a few pictures from our trip!

Ashton and Aubrie

Last week I had the opportunity to photograph Ashton and Aubrie at their home. Their mommy Vanessa is my husbands aunt, and I have known her and her husband Nate since high school. It was so fun to get to photograph these two sweeties! They melt my heart, and I'm sure will melt yours as well!

:: My Very First Blog Post! ::

Well, here I am, writing my very first blog post. I really never thought I would be the type to blog. I guess my subconscious must feel as if I don't have enough things to do (I beg to differ)!

I guess I will start by introducing myself! My name is Rayna, I have two beautiful children and have been married to my husband for 4 years. I am a stay at home mommy (and LOVE it), part time cosmetologist and an etsy shop owner! I have a passion for photography and creating anything beautiful.

Yup, that's my beautiful little family! I am one blessed woman!

My main reason for creating this blog is to have a place to post photos and to keep people updated on any shop updates. I'm looking forward to this next adventure!
